Taken at Akron Zoological Park - Akron, OH
Yesterday on my day off, I swung by the Akron Zoo after my doctors appointment hoping that even with a swelteringly hot and humid day that I might be able to get a few photos of the jaguars, snow leopards and tigers. I wasn't at the exhibit but five minutes when Bella looks up from her heat induced sleep to see me perched with camera in hand. And as you can see, she was very interested in it.
I got about fifty photos much like this where she stared and stared and stared at me some more giving me wonderful photo ops with her beautiful eyes. It's so amazing to see the girls all grown up too, Bella is certainly a flower in the prime of her bloom at just 18 months old and I'm sure when she is taken to another zoo for breeding, her babies will be just as gorgeous.

Originality Technique ImpactI was just thinking that I really wanted to critique something, and then I happened upon this in your newest deviations from my deviantwatch messages. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="
" title=" (Smile)"/> Well first of all, I absolutely love it. It's hard to get a good picture from animals of this nature that move constantly, but you captured a great one with perfect clarity. I love how you can see the textures clearly--from the soft furry look of his coat, to the blurred concrete background, they bounce off each other perfectly and bring the picture together. The details on his face are perfectly clear, and I love how the light bounces off his facial features.
The title is perfect, because all in all, it is beautiful and I have nothing bad to say about it, except perhaps it would benefit you to up the contrast just a tad bit, to really make the dark spots pop.
Great picture, I love it.
