More Nyoonbi! Is there really such a thing as "too much" baby koala photos? Yeah, I didn't think so either. =)

Nyoonbi is something of a wandering soul that may get his father's knack for trying to escape, just to judge by the way he was constantly on the lookout for where else to be besides right there. This photo is a sequence of three that I got of the joey first stretching for the branch, then one of his back legs comes forward, then he gets both hands on the branch and his back end slips! Very cute and obviously it didn't slow him down any.

He is definitely just like his dad, an explorer and always out checking everything out. Bulkee (the dad) was a bit of an escape artist and I'm sure this one will likewise give the keepers a run for their money!

No, there is never such a thing as too many baby koala pictures! (So...cute...must...resist...urge...to...hug...computer...screen!)
You really caught him at the perfect moment. And the colors here are amazing, the foliage makes a really good frame for Nyoonbi's epic struggle to get to the next branch. :)

Thanks!! Getting to just sit and watch him steadfastly try to get to that ONE branch he couldn't get to was both nerve-wracking and entertaining and I tried to catch as much of it as possible! LOL If you're bored, feel free to check out his entire progress on my Picasa gallery, he's just a few photos in from this: [link] =D
