Taken at Silver Creek MetroParks - Norton, OH
Yesterday evening and all of last night we were part of the nation that got slammed with a large amount of snow. I woke up this morning to find drifts around 30" or so and probably a good 12-14" on the ground itself.
Once we dug ourselves out of the driveway and down the road I decided to take a walk out at the local park, knowing that it would be something of a workout. "Something" sure is right, boy I was exhausted after walking through snow that often went above my knee! But I got some spectacular photos, this being among them.
Because of the bright sun and snow I had my circular polarizer on my lens which also helped to give me this amazingly brilliant blue. I hope that you like it and some others I'll be putting up later!
